1. Who We Are
InterviewAI is operated by Additional Resources Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). InterviewAI provides AI-powered interview preparation tools and resources to individual candidates and recruitment agencies.

2. Purpose of Service
InterviewAI provides AI-generated interview preparation materials (“packs”) designed to help users prepare effectively for job interviews. These services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional career, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

3. No Guarantee of Success
While InterviewAI aims to improve interview readiness and quality, we do not guarantee that you will be invited to interview, receive a job offer, or achieve any particular employment, business, or financial outcome. Results depend on individual effort, the suitability of your experience, and circumstances outside our control.

4. Accuracy and Verification
InterviewAI uses artificial intelligence to produce tailored preparation content based on information you provide (such as CVs and job specifications). While we aim for relevance and quality, AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. We do not warrant that content is complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. You remain responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it, and we accept no liability for decisions or outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated materials.

5. Uploaded Content and Ownership
By uploading CVs, job specifications, or other documents, you confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share that material and that your use of InterviewAI will not infringe any third-party rights.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You grant InterviewAI a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and use that data solely for:

  • Generating interview preparation content for you or your agency; and
  • Improving the service in an anonymised and aggregated form (where applicable and in compliance with our Privacy Policy).

Files are stored securely and handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Uploaded files are normally deleted within 72 hours unless retained under an active agency subscription account or as required by law.

6. AI Use and Limitations

You understand and agree that InterviewAI:

  • Generates content algorithmically using artificial intelligence and third-party AI technology;
  • Produces simulated questions, answers and “GAP analysis” sections that may not reflect an employer’s actual interview process or decision-making; and
  • Provides outputs that are not individually human-reviewed and are intended as supportive guidance only.

You remain responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and interpreting all AI content before you share or rely on it.

7. Data and Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. Full details of how we collect, store, and use personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using InterviewAI, you agree to our data practices as described there.

We will never sell, trade, or share personal data with unauthorised third parties.

8. White-Label and Agency Use
Recruitment agencies using InterviewAI to create branded or white-labelled content accept full responsibility for how generated content is distributed, represented, or reused. Agencies must ensure that:

  • All materials shared with candidates, clients, or the public comply with employment law, advertising standards, and data-protection regulations; and
  • Any statements made about InterviewAI content are accurate and not misleading.

InterviewAI assumes no liability for third-party misuse, alteration, or misrepresentation of generated materials.

9. Data Deletion Policy
Uploaded files are automatically deleted from our systems within 72 hours unless:

  • They are stored under an active agency account for ongoing use; or
  • We are required to retain them for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Users may request earlier deletion of their data by contacting info@interviewai.co.uk. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal and technical constraints.

10. Accounts and Eligibility
To use InterviewAI, you may create an individual candidate account or an agency account for use by a recruitment agency or employer. You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Provide accurate, complete registration information; and
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share them inappropriately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Breach these Terms;
  • Misuse or abuse the service; or
  • Create legal, security, or operational risks for us or for other users.

11. Pricing, Payments and Taxes
Our current pricing for candidates and agencies is displayed on our website and may change from time to time.

Candidates typically pay per pack on a one-off basis. Agencies typically pay via monthly subscription plans that include a set number of packs each month, with limited rollover, as described on our pricing page.

Unless stated otherwise, all prices:

  • Are in Pounds Sterling (GBP); and
  • Are exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). You agree to comply with any additional terms required by those providers.

We may change our pricing or introduce new plans in future. Any changes will not affect existing subscriptions until their next renewal date, and we will give reasonable notice where required.

12. Agency Subscriptions and Renewals
If you subscribe as an agency:

  • Recurring Billing
    You authorise us (via our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method monthly in advance until you cancel. Your subscription will renew automatically each month unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
  • Included Packs
    Each subscription plan includes a set number of interview preparation packs (“included packs”) per month, as described on our pricing page. A “pack” is defined as one tailored interview preparation pack for one candidate for one specific interview.
  • Rollover Rules
    Unused included packs roll over to the next calendar month only. Any packs not used by the end of that following month expire automatically and have no cash value.
  • Overages and Extra Packs
    If you use all available packs (current month plus any rollover), you may be required to either upgrade your plan or purchase additional packs (if offered). The pricing and terms of any extra packs will be shown at the point of purchase.
  • Upgrades and Downgrades
    You may upgrade your plan at any time; changes will generally take effect at the next billing cycle or as otherwise set out on our site or in the Customer Portal. Downgrades may take effect at your next renewal date. We are not obliged to refund any difference in fees already paid.
  • Cancellation
    You can cancel your subscription via the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting us. Cancellation will normally take effect at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you may continue to use any packs already allocated to your account until they expire, but no new packs will be added. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.

13. Packs and Usage Rules
For all users (candidates and agencies):

  • Each pack entitles you to generate one tailored interview preparation pack for a single candidate and a single interview opportunity.
  • Packs are personal to your account or agency and may not be resold or reassigned outside your organisation without our written consent.
  • Packs are not convertible to cash and have no resale value.

We may impose reasonable usage limits or technical safeguards to protect service stability and prevent abuse. If we reasonably believe packs are being used in a way that is fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with our intended use (for example, bulk automated scraping or mass unauthorised redistribution), we may suspend or terminate your account and/or void or revoke unused packs.

14. Promotions, Discount Codes and Free Packs
From time to time, we may offer promotional codes or free packs, particularly for recruitment agencies.

Where we offer a “One Free Pack” promotion for agencies:

  • The free pack is available only to eligible agency accounts, not to individual candidates.
  • No payment card details are required to receive the free pack, unless we state otherwise for a specific promotion.
  • The free pack may only be used once per agency (or as otherwise specified in the offer).
  • Each code is subject to any additional eligibility criteria, expiry dates, redemption limits, or territory restrictions set out in the promotion.
  • Promotional packs have no cash alternative, are non-transferable, and may not be sold.

We may withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time, provided that this does not affect free packs already redeemed and allocated to active accounts.

After using a free promotional pack, continued use of InterviewAI typically requires an active paid subscription or the purchase of additional packs, as set out on our pricing page.

We reserve the right to decline or revoke any promotion if we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

15. Refunds and Chargebacks
Because InterviewAI content is generated and delivered digitally and immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once:

  • A pack has been generated; or
  • A subscription billing period has begun.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under consumer protection law.

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us first at info@interviewai.co.uk so we can investigate. Unauthorised chargebacks or disputes raised with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.

16. Intellectual Property
All platform code, algorithms, brand assets, website content, and proprietary systems are the property of InterviewAI and Additional Resources Ltd or our licensors.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use InterviewAI for:

  • Personal interview preparation (for candidates); or
  • Internal business purposes (for agencies and employers).

AI-generated materials are provided for personal or internal business use only and must not be resold, published commercially, or distributed as a standalone product without our prior written consent.

17. Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • InterviewAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage (including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data) arising from your use of, or inability to use, InterviewAI.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

In all other cases, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with InterviewAI shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months.

18. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:

  • Use InterviewAI lawfully and for legitimate interview preparation purposes only;
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or commercially exploit the platform except as expressly permitted;
  • Ensure that any content you upload or share with us is lawful, accurate, and compliant with applicable regulations; and
  • Ensure that any interview preparation materials you share with third parties are appropriate and do not misrepresent InterviewAI, your candidates, or your clients.

You remain fully responsible for your own recruitment, hiring, and employment decisions.

19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law or regulation, improvements to InterviewAI, or changes in our business model or pricing. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and may also notify you via email or within the platform.

Your continued use of InterviewAI after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
