Agency & White-Label Terms
Effective Date: 1st July 2025
These terms apply to all agencies, recruiters, and consultants who use InterviewAI to prepare, manage, or distribute interview-preparation materials on behalf of candidates or clients.
By using InterviewAI, you agree to these terms automatically.
1. Purpose
InterviewAI, operated by Additional Resources Ltd, enables recruitment professionals to generate AI-assisted interview materials for their candidates.
These terms cover how data is handled, what white-labelling rights are granted, and the responsibilities of each party.
2. Data Processing & Retention
- Agencies may upload candidate information (e.g., CVs, job specs) for interview-preparation purposes.
- Uploaded data is processed temporarily and deleted automatically within approximately 72 hours.
- No data is used for AI training, profiling, or unrelated analysis.
- All processing complies with UK GDPR standards and follows appropriate security measures.
3. Agency Responsibilities
- Obtain candidate consent before uploading personal data.
- Review and verify the accuracy of any generated content before using or sharing it.
- Use InterviewAI outputs ethically and in compliance with employment law and advertising standards.
- Accept full responsibility for content distribution under your brand.
4. InterviewAI’s Role
- Acts solely as a data processor, handling information on behalf of the Agency.
- Implements reasonable and proportionate technical safeguards.
- May use third-party infrastructure partners under GDPR-compliant data protection agreements.
- Does not claim ownership of agency branding or client relationships.
5. White-Label Licence
- InterviewAI grants agencies a limited, non-exclusive licence to use generated outputs under their own branding.
- Agencies may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute InterviewAI’s software or proprietary materials.
- All underlying templates, frameworks, and content generation logic remain the property of Additional Resources Ltd.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect any confidential or proprietary information shared during the use of InterviewAI and not disclose it without consent, except as required by law.
7. Liability
All outputs generated by InterviewAI are provided for informational purposes only.
InterviewAI accepts no liability for loss or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated material.
The Agency is responsible for verifying content before use or distribution.
8. Termination
Agencies may stop using InterviewAI at any time. Upon termination, all uploaded data will be deleted within the standard data retention window, and all white-label rights will immediately cease.
9. Acceptance
By accessing or using InterviewAI as a recruiter, consultant, or agency, you confirm that:
- You have authority to act on behalf of your organisation or client.
- You have read and agree to this policy and the Privacy Policy.
- Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any future updates to these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
